At the core of HulkBuild’s technology is industrial hemp, a rapidly renewable crop that can be grown and harvested in just a few months. By combining hemp fibre with advanced organic resin systems, we produce strong, durable composite boards that reduce reliance on timber-based materials and eliminate the need for traditional formaldehyde-based binders commonly used in conventional wood panels.

Many traditional wood-based building products rely on chemical adhesives that can contribute to indoor air quality concerns while also creating materials that are difficult to recycle or dispose of responsibly. HulkBuild panels are engineered to provide a cleaner, safer alternative for manufacturers and end users, while maintaining the strength, stability and performance expected from modern engineered boards.

HulkBuild operates a vertically integrated model that connects crop production directly with advanced materials manufacturing. With a growing cycle of approximately 80–100 days, hemp provides a fast, reliable and scalable raw material supply compared with traditional forestry cycles that can take decades to mature. This approach enables consistent supply, stable production costs, and the ability to scale rapidly as demand for sustainable building materials continues to grow.
